I’ve had a prosthetic for about twenty plus years. As time went on, I’ve had to take away some of my own everyday hobbies, like playing tennis with the kids or doing hiking or anything like that. Hoss was the one that was able to fix and correct what I wasn’t able to have in the previous years. At SEMO Prosthetics & Orthotics, that’s where I felt at home and I’ll never go any other place other than this.
So I started seeing Hoss about three or four years ago, and I live in Memphis. So I’ve had nothing but troubles with getting legs that fit right and talking to Lack here about Hoss and all the success he’s had. I started driving from Memphis, fixed my leg and got me going again. It’s just been a blessing for me. When they put my nub back together all kind of weird, so everything has to be custom. So it’s hard on Hoss but he does everything he can to make sure I’m walking.
Hi I’m Steve Murphy and I been coming here about 17 years to SEMO Prosthetics. So the sand boxes and the gravel boxes they relate real good, I paddle on the rivers a lot and when you’re hauling your boat or you’re having to do a portage and walk through all that lose gravel and all that lose sand. Without these boxes a person would have a hard time being prepared for those situations. Every time I’ve had a problem, they’re there for me, and so I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Hi my name is Brandon Peters and I’ve been coming here to SEMO Prosthetics and Orthotics for about 9 years now, since I was 12 years old. The equipment here at SEMO Prosthetics and Orthotics it works really well. The gravel box and the sand box both give you a realistic view of what it would be like to walk on a beach or maybe even a park to play with your children. Coming to SEMO, it’s been a great time. I would rather not be anywhere else. I get taken care of greatly here and I really appreciate the work everyone does.

We offer evaluations for many acute problems including need for devices, fitting issues, gait deviations, reddened areas or sores. You can even be a current patient with another provider and just want a second opinion. We will professionally evaluate your prosthetic limbs and if needed make recommendations. After all, it’s your independence that’s at stake.
