Chris Cobb, BS, CO, Owner
As one of our owners and a Board Certified Orthotic Practitioner Chris founded Bluff Prosthetics & Orthotics in 2008 and C & H Prosthetics & Orthotics in 2013 with the late William “Bill” Hodges BS, CP. In 2021 we made a name change to SEMO Prosthetics & Orthotics so that both of our offices would share the same name. Chris has over 30 years of experience in the field of orthotics. Chris has worked with patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and is experienced in custom orthoses such as custom molded inserts, ankle foot orthoses (AFO), spinal orthoses, and TLSOs. He takes pride in providing quality care to his patients and educating them throughout their entire orthotic fitting and rehabilitation process. Chris is certified by the American Board of Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics. He stays up to date on new technology in the field of orthotics to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients. Chris maintains his educational requirements by attending O&P seminars and continuing education classes.
Horace “Hoss” Hodges, BS, CP, Owner
One of our owners Hoss, a Board Certified Prosthetic Practitioner joined alongside his late father Bill Hodges in 2011. Hoss earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Services with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University and his prosthetic certification at California State University Dominguez Hills. Hoss has years of experience in the field of prosthetics. He takes pride in providing quality care to his patients and educating them throughout their entire prosthetic fitting and rehabilitation process. Hoss provides excellent patient care, fabricates custom prostheses, and conducts fittings. He enjoys being able to see the patient from the beginning of the process to help them adjust to their prosthesis, including assisting new amputees with gait training. Hoss is certified by the American Board of Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics. He is constantly continuing his education so that he is able to offer his patients the latest prosthetic devices and best possible care for his patients. Hoss maintains his educational requirements by attending several O&P seminars, and continuing education classes.
Jana Cervantes, CMF, Patient Services Administrator
Jana is our Office Administrator. She has over 20 years of administrative, patient services and billing experience in the O&P field and has invaluable knowledge in her area of expertise. Jana joined our team in 2008 when Bill and Chris opened Bluff Prosthetics & Orthotics. Jana received certification from ABC in Mastectomy fitting and is responsible for all Mastectomy services. When you enter our Poplar Bluff office, she is the smiling face behind the desk!
Stephanie Hodges, Patient Services
Stephanie joined our team in 2012 after graduating from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Advertising. She is responsible for overseeing front office operations, verifying your insurance benefits, billing of insurance companies. She is also responsible for our social media and marketing. When you enter our Cape Girardeau office, she is one of the smiling faces behind the desk!
Ladale Woods, CFo, Technician
Ladale joined our team in 2020. He works at our Cape Girardeau office as a technician who specializes in fabricating custom foot orthotics. He is training to become a Certified Orthotic Fitter as well. He brings much fun and laughter to our office and the patients he interacts with and we consider him an asset to our success.
Laura Rhymer, Patient Services
Laura joined our team in 2021. She is responsible for overseeing front office operations, verifying insurance benefits, billing of insurance companies. When you enter our Cape Girardeau office, she is one of the smiling faces behind the desk!
Sashi Glasscock, CO
Sashi is a Board Certified Orthotic Practitioner who works at our Cape Girardeau office. He has over 40 years of experience in the field of orthotics. Sashi specializes in custom foot orthotics, as well as custom orthoses such as ankle foot orthoses (AFO), spinal orthoses, and TLSOs. He takes pride in providing quality care to his patients and educating them throughout their entire orthotic fitting and rehabilitation process.
